Upper Pitt River . Mostly a rock pile like this. Hardly any places with smaller rocks.  Beautiful place but rocky  !!

That your fly rod on the tail? Tires still look a little hard and the rocks look a little big. Your tailwheel stayed on this time though. I tried one of the bars between the lake and the bridge but the afternoon wind was bouncing me around pretty good and the sun/shade had me blinded.

The bar by the first bridge has smaller rocks so I will do that one next time i'm up there. Yes that was my fly rod on the tail ! When its windy up there its tough to control the plane down low from all the rotor turbulence !!

The tires were still too hard so I let them down to 7 lbs before I took off and that helped. Maybe 6 lbs might be better . Its an experiment for me right now ! lol

Will be trying other bars further up over the fall and winter.
