Every year the Gravel Bar Cowboys host a new years weenie roast. Below is the information forwarded to us about the event:
This is an open invitation to join us on the Fraser River gravel bars for the 5th annual Franks on the Fraser wiener roast.
The date is Saturday Jan.2 about noonish.
We will try and have the bonfire/windsock going way before then. Bring your own food to burn and as always landing is totally at PILOTS DISCRETION. Attached is a map showing the preferred #1 location but it may have to be moved if the snow is too deep. Look for us we will be there on the river somewhere.
